With 25 years of experience designing distributed information systems for the medical research industry utilizing  Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, predictive analytics, and advanced modeling to transition complicated processes into agile software solutions, Donald migrated his family from the Chicago suburbs to Rensselaer County in 2006 to assume a senior role in a local software company.

After several years of paying exorbitant property and school taxes, Donald began researching the assessment grievance process and began successfully grieving his property assessment multiple times over the years successfully realizing a cumulative savings of over $33,000 since 2012.

With a lifelong commitment to serving the country and community as a Honorably Discharged member of the U.S. Army Reserve, a  volunteer registered Emergency Medical Technician, Manager and Coach of local Little League recreational and travel baseball teams, Committee Chair for Cub Scouts, and a leader in Boy Scouts, Donald made the commitment to helping other residents to obtain relief from the Unequal Assessments that exist based on requests for help by so many friends and neighbors.

That sense of duty, honor, and integrity lead to the formation of Property Tax Relief LLC.
